BEDSIDE NURSING/HOMECARE
Our homecare service provided by competent and compassionate nurses means that families and clients can live a fulfilled life in the comfort of their own homes. At Prestige nursing care we understand the importance of maintaining dignity and independence as clients receive care. Our dedicated team of nurses offer compassionate adult care, support and empowering adults to live fulfilled lives in their own homes. We also provide personalised support with medication management and personal care.
RESPITE AND NURSING HOME CARE
Should the family carer need a break from caring for their loved ones then Prestige nursing care we are happy to be at service to provide a flexible respite care to give you the time and break you need. In terms of long term care in our nursing homes for elderly and terminally ill patients, Prestige nursing care offers exquisite care tailored to individuals. Prestige nursing homes provide quality care in stunning surroundings. Our committed experienced team delivers round the clock care to embrace the person they were and the person they are today. We are sensitive to clients' profession, public or family roles, their hopes, interests, inspirations at what we can we do to nourish their mind, body and spirit. We have a thoughtful and intelligent selection of daily activities that occupy our clients during the day. Our residents are served the finest quality foods with emphasis on fresh and balanced diet.
TRAININGS

Our course range from personal care, record keeping, food hygiene, basic life support commonly known as first aid and many more.
DAY CARE CENTRE
Our day care centres offer a 12 hour service for the working family carers working during the day but don't want their loved ones to stay alone at home or to go to a nursing home. Our team keeps the clients busy in the centres in creative games while they enhance basic memory and sensory skills. Relaxing activities, like gentle yoga, book colouring to help support mindfulness and reflection. Deep breathing, guided meditation to help them relax. We also offer massage therapy conducted by our specialised massage therapist.
NURSE -LED- CARE
Our Nurse -led -care is led by highly experienced specialised registered nurses to care for complex clinical issues. Our registered nurses provide complex interventions related to individual care. Nurse-led-care demands specialist knowledge to ensure high quality, safe and effective service we provide. Nurse-led-care establishes an agreed clinical care needs, undertakes risk assessment and risk management and also hands on care at home. Nurse-led-care includes minor airway support i:e using home CPAP, nebulisers, oxygen therapy, suctioning, tracheostomy care and management. NGT/PEG management, feeding pump management, catheter care, wound care, stoma care, skin integrity, Pain management, IV therapy, medication management, pressure sore management and liaising with your personal doctor.
LIVE IN CARE
Our live in care designed to provide a 24 hour care in the comfort of your own home for people with complex needs, long term illnesses that require overnight care like repositioning in bed more especially when pressure sores are involved, overnight feeding, pressure sore prevention, night medications, combating confusion. People who want to stay in their homes but unable to look after or do not have anyone to stay with them, our team or carers are highly trained to provide a live-in service to help the client live a fulfilled life in their own homes.
POSTOPERATIVE AND CONVALESCENT CARE
Our post operative/ convalescent care provides specialised care tailored to individual care which facilitates a smooth recovery for people recovering after surgery, injury or acute illnesses like heart attack or stroke. We are here to help people regain their strength holistically in the comfort of their own homes.
